It is sound practice to begin and end each physical activity session with a
warm-up or cool-down activity.

A great deal of time need not be spent on warming-up or cooling-down.
However it is important that everyone is actively involved at all times - not just
as an onlooker.

Particular thought should be given to exercising all body parts. The movements
can be very simple, such as moving individual body parts, or more complex
such as movements involving dance patterns.

Fast and slow movements and movements at different levels and in different
directions can also be introduced.

instructions.
