A4 - Full Colour - 37 Pages
It is sound practice to begin and end each physical activity session with awarm-up or cool-down activity.A great deal of time need not be spent on warming-up or cooling-down.However it is important that everyone is actively involved at all times - not justas an onlooker.Particular thought should be given to exercising all body parts. The movementscan be very simple, such as moving individual body parts, or more complexsuch as movements involving dance patterns.Fast and slow movements and movements at different levels and in differentdirections can also be introduced. Each of the XXX activities is shown as a diagram, accompanied by simpleinstructions.
